Case Worker

Youth Diversion Program

Looking for applicants who have:


·         Ability to engage young people and families professionally

·         Commitment to case work affecting positive change with young people

·         Interest in supporting reflection and personal development with young people

·         An encouraging attitude and initiative to work through barriers with young people


 

Relief Support Worker – Casual shift work

Casy House

Looking for applicants who have:


·         Ability to engage young people professionally

·         Commitment to reducing the impact of homelessness on young people

·         Interest in encouraging youth skill development for quality life outcomes

·         An encouraging attitude with empathy


 

Housekeeper – Casual or part time

Doctor Helen Phillipps CottagesLooking for people who have:


·         Ability to provide excellent housekeeping in a small team


·         Commitment to friendly, enthusiastic work practice


·         Interest in community services


·         A ‘can do’ attitude and initiative with a keen eye for detail

The YWCA of Darwin employs approximately 50 people across a range of fields, including administration, youth support staff, domestic and family violence workers, youth diversion case management, hospitality, and parenting support programs.
 
Pay and conditions are subject to the Modern SACS Award 2010 and the NT SACS Award 2002 and as a non-profit organisation, we are able to offer salary sacrifice options.
